500L Beer brewing system equipment
This type of 500L beer brewing system is design for different beers, ale, lager etc, could make different kinds of beer. It contains two vessls brewhouse, fermentation tanks, chiller, cleaning system. This set equipment uses PLC controller, temperature, and time display on the screen. Easy to operate, semi-automatic.
Brewhouse system contains:
- Mash tun/Lauter tank
- Boiling/whirlpool tank.
The piping for brewhouse is designed specially based on customers' plant, double side welding, every piping is marked, to tell how it goes, easy to instllation.
Capacity: 500L
Main parts: Pressure gauge, meccanical pressure regulation valve, side/ top manhole, hop port, cip piping, breath valve, sample valve, beer outlet, and drain outlet.
Fermentation control system:
Single tank single control, automatic temperature control, and automatic pressure control.
